Importing Miles

I know you guys know all the tricks of the trade...is there a way I can import my many air miles from American, Air Canada, US Airways and Delta to Worldperks where I only have 1,500 miles? I need to upgrade a NWA ticket in September. Please advise!

You might be able to use the delta miles since they are skyteam
partners, but I don't think you can import any of them without
taking a significant hit.
