JFK Security Question
 
Hi Everyone:
Quick question about JFK Security. Do they folks in T4 let you use premium security as an elite?

The "premium" line is often not open in T4.

In my experiences, the security line to enter T4 has never been long enough to merit a "premium" line. Max of 3-4 people in line ahead of me when I've shown up for a NW flight there. Others echoed this experience in this recent thread.

with NW flights that's usually true; but when KL is shooting out it's 744 and AI is also sending a 747 out, it can get somewhat deep.

I wonder if this is why my NWA.com itineraries to NYC tend to go into JFK, but out of LGA (where the DL/NW terminal was about as line-free as could be, last time I was there... I think it took me all of 17 minutes curb-to-gate)? ;)
