How long for a ECV-applied NWA.com ticket to issue?

As the subject line says. I bought a ticket yesterday afternoon PDT using an ECV. Normally, I wouldn't be worried but I bought a mistake YVR-HNL fare (USD 320 all-in). Still no ticket number.....

I think when you use a TCV/ECV they have to be manually reviewed. Mine have always taken about a day to ticket. I was actually in the same situation earlier this year when NW sold CVG-HNL tickets for 339 all in and they ticketed the next day.

Indeed, it takes a day or so. No need to worry.

Searching is your friend, too. :)

I think a ticket won't issue and the ECV won't be cashed until midnight of the day after you did the transaction because you have until then to annul the transaction.

I've often had it take 2-3 days. Wouldn't worry.

I've often wondered if there's any correlation between when the ticket numbers are issued and when your 24-hours-plus of no-charge cancellation penalties expires.

I've never seen any of my ECV/TCV itineraries ticketed before my window to make changes/cancel expires. Any thoughts?

I've seen it take several days. I wouldn't much worry about it too much unless the reservation shows up as cancelled or something.

It took approximately 36 hours for me this past weekened (purchased Sat night, ticketed early Mon morning). I actually called nwa.com support Sunday night, and they said that it has to be done manually (supposedly to verify that the name on the ECV agrees with the name on the ticket) and usually takes 1-2 days.
