Mine is actually quite good in the last few months. The only one that I missed was a flight when I was silver from CLT-MSP which was kind of funny because EUA had run for me ahead of time from MSP-SFO. Go figure?

Battlefields, have been good... Only missed one on the day spring break began (ATL-DTW) in the past 4 years...

Only had a few opportunities as EUA usually picks me up...

BTW Eua was there yesterday @ 5:11 PM EST for a flight next Monday.

My experience today

I recently made silver and was quite concerned when reading this thread as all I had done to update my status on existing reservations was to go online and replace my existing NW number with my Delta number and then replace the number again with my original NW number.

After reading this thread, I was just about to call NW to have the CSR manually update my number when I logged in and saw that I had cleared first for my red-eye on Friday. :)

I am not sure if this was an isolated incident or represented a change in NW programming.

I have a question about EUA, lets say I purchased X fare ticket one day, then the next day someone with the same status as I do purchases another X fare ticket (so we both have the same fare type ticket and have the same status) when EUA runs, will EUA process me first over someone who purchased their ticket at a later date?

For example there's 3 plats traveling on the same fare type, but only 2 seats open up front. At the 5-6 day window, will EUA determine it by who booked their tickets first?
