Fare basis question
 
What is an H fare or HOP fare and how does it upgrade? Thank you for your help. I tried a search but couldnt find it.

H is a moderately-discounted coach fare. Upgrades using miles are possible on domestic itineraries for all WP members (elite and non-elite), but NOT internationally. Elite EUA upgrades happen normally. The OP part is a mystery, at least to me.
