NW Metal, DL Coded - EUA?

If I book a DL coded itinerary operated by NW and put my NW FF # in the reservation, will I still be eligible for EUA? The NW coded flights are literally double what DL is selling them for.

Edited to add: I'm a NW Gold.

I have only done this once, but I did get my UG. I believe that when you put your NW number in, the airline automatically recognizes that over the coding. I have had the reverse on DL and gotten an UG if I put in my DL number on a NW coded flight.

Yes, you will.

Doesn't matter who codes the flight, only matters who OPERATES the flight.

So here's an interesting scenario: The ticket I booked is DL-coded, NW-operated and booked as Y-class. However, on nwa.com, the reservation is showing as being booked in M-class. Now, if I had simply booked a different connection and flew on DL-operated flights, I'd be eligible for 150 percent EQMs due to the flights being booked in Y-class. But, how will NW handle this given they converted DL's Y-class ticket to M-class (note, the underlying DL ticket is showing Y-class fare basis codes).

I believe that you will get "M" EQM's. "Y" on one airline does not always equate to "Y" on another. Just a guess, but I have seen different codes for the fare classes.

I bet I will get M as well since the flights are NW operated. However, if I fly DL SEA-SLC-PHL in Y, I'd get Y EQMs. Same fare, same fare basis codes, different EQMs based on who operates the flights. I'm curious to see how this pans out.

To follow-up, NW upgraded me into P-class and gave me Y-class EQMs.
