I was over 300 points on January 31st, but called in to get weather reroute credit. So on Feb 1st, they knocked off 25 points or so (For flights they credited, but I hadn't taken), so then only awarded 6000 miles. They didn't even fix the mileage on the weather delay, (deleted the flight I didn't take, and the flight I did!) but finally fixed it when I called in again today. Hopefully the extra 4k Milezilla points will show up tomorrow. (Hey, 3rd time calling in is the charm!)

I was in a situation where some flights had not posted. After three calls (the last flight with problems was 9/11 and I made the first call on 12/4), they finally got it corrected. The correction put me over 400 points and a few minutes ago they debited the 10,000 miles and credited me with 15,000 miles.

If you were in a situation where Mile Zilla points posted after 2/1/05 you might want to check your account today if you were supposed to get more miles. It seems the computer swept this afternoon and re-issued the correct miles.

Thank you NWA! Yes, it took a couple of calls, due to a posting error, but they corrected it and made it right.

I was short 2 miles for the next level and wrote a nice letter asking that I be comped as I missed several 5 point awards due to being unable to check-in on-line (the flight times changed; I had no control over any of it). They gave me an additional 10 points as credit for 2 of the missed on-line check-ins and said that the computer would catch it in the nightly sweep. It did. I adore NWA.

Excellent incentive for pax to continue to fly NW!

I hope NW offers a similiar promotion in the fall of 2005.

An Update to my quest for 1,500 more miles :) by trying to get the 26 points (which would boost me from my current 82 points) for my MSP-LAX-SAN-LAX-MSP.

I was given the shaft again upon calling today. CSR said that I have to "wait" some more until the computer does another sweep, but I was assured that I would get the credit for MSP-LAX and LAX-MSP for 15 points. She said that it could take 10-14 business days? I inquired about why I wouldn't get the 25 points as it was a connecting flight, she said that whatever the computer would pick up, it'll pick up. She reiterated that the LAX-SAN-LAX was flown on American Eagle.

:( Sigh... The pains of trying to switch from Onepass SE to Worldperks starting on Jan 05 to try to get status with NW.
