Complaints aren't handled at their corp hq's...some remote office in upstate MN...but the corp hq's is NWA, 5101 Northwest Drive, Eagan MN (sorry don't know the zip)

Honestly I would recommend using the link on www.nwa.com I've always had a good experience with contacting their customer relations staff that way

look up "take to us" on the nwa.com website

There is a link on the nwa.com website to send in correspondence via email.

Here is the link:

https://www.nwa.com/talk/ttu.html

Be sure and list specifics, Name, worldperk number, flight numbers, specific issue your wife encountered.

Be sure and specify what you feel NW should do to rectify the problem, i.e. bonus points, ECV, free ticket, intl unpgrade certificates.

If you complain but don't ask for specific compensation you may just get a "were sorry" and "hope to see you soon" reply

Good Luck

Depending on the nature of your complaint letter, you may want to try to write a specific person at NW - I've had problems with regular NW customer service sometimes even understanding my situation, or they give me answers that are completely incorrect. Depending on your result from the regular NW customer service (and it's best to try them first as sometimes they will resolve the issue to your satisfaction), you may want to find out who the EVP of the department that your complaint was about and write them directly. You can figure out the address & who you should be contacting by using Hoovers & looking at the executive profiles on NWA.com.

But as everyone said above, it's best to try to go through the standard channels first.

I would start with the website link - then escalate if necessary
