nwa.com reservation down?
 
It is 4:40 pm EDT Monday. I can't make a reservation on www.nwa.com.

Is it down?

It's been down the last few hours. I was looking at some different award choices, and it's just giving me the Reservations Down message.

Yep, it's been down pretty much the whole day. Alternatively, it either
sits and spins or returns an error that it is temporarily unavailable.

Looking at DTW-AMS fare and the site claims not to recognize airport codes! :p

Yeah, except that when you do a search BOS-DTW it won't recognize either airport :-)

I hope all the fares are $1 when it is back on-line. Even I was trying to book something and it crashed.

yea... really difficult to try and get award tix changes made... but WPAA was giving me inventory status...smile... so I called and the CSR was like... "how are you seeing that!!!" ... "how did you find a standard Biz award... on KLM no less" mmmm kept silent on that point ;)

NWA trains us to book and to visit nwa.com first before calling them and now they can't get their act together and fix there own web site - I'm "NWA web dependent" and going thru withdrawals! Come on NWA, get it together.

At least it's not like the sales CO has done in the past where they announce sale fares available only on co.com but unfortunately co.com couldn't handle the load (this happened several times last year...would have though after the first time they would have fixed it but instead they just extend the sale by a few days)...but none-the-less I'm cutting NWA some slack as a result...first time I can recall their site being down
