My elite profile says "Window" seats too, but I get upgraded into Aisle seats 100% of the time... and here I thought it was a conspiracy against me!

Perhaps if I changed my Elite profile selection to "aisle", the reverse would work. Knowing my luck, however, I'll still end up with a window seat.

One reason for the many logins within NWA.com seems to be that different servers are not directly connected (in terms of login recognition) so you must reenter the information depending on what you do. With this new feature you can at least login once to nwa.com and have access to your account and reservations without new logins. Nice improvement - if not at least a step in the right direction.

The other nice change is that one of my reservations is for travel on Malaysian Airlines, and it now includes more detailed information, including flight time, miles, aircraft etc.

Nice enhancement! :)

I like the enhancement and noticed it just today! One of my trips is on Malaysian as well and it was nice to see all of the details. Note the meal service on this one :) -- but this is an example of how my MH flights are coming up:

Departs: Newark Int'l, NJ (EWR) at 12:35PM
Arrives: Dubai, United Arab Emirates (DXB) at 9:30AM on August XX
Class of Service: (A)
Seat: not assigned
Flight Duration: 12 hours 55 minutes
Miles: 6839
Meal Service: None
Aircraft: 772

Nice touch, I like it. With the MH flight, instead of listing me as EWR-KUL it now breaks down and shows EWR-DXB, then DXB-KUL and provides specific information for each sector even though it is a "direct" flight.

I also found one of my MH flights was downgauged from a 744 to a 772 via this. The only 744 on my schedule is now a 772, but oh well. Can't complain booked in "A" class.

Another nice touch is it shows waitlisted flights. Kudos!

2003 Program stats omitted and other changes to website

Did anyone notice that the 2003 program stats have been omitted and Worldperk program miles added?

Also the Worldperk award ticket reservation locator numbers (from your account) are also comingled with your paid reservations in the new website format.

I wish worldperk tickets would be kept in a separate column, especially tickets for inlaws/relatives.

Once you are logged-in, and if you want to access reservations info the old way (if, for some reason, you want to enter a confirm #, maybe because your reservation doesn't have your WP #), click "LOGOUT" at the very top of the page and then go to the "View/Change Reservations" page.

This works for me this morning, hope it works for everyone else.

Thanks I got it - Only my WP award reservation for my sister and her husband does not show, so I am not sure if RCC is joking!

This is much better...I always thought it was stupid to have to put in "month of flight" each time to find the reservations.

Yup, it actually says "none"; however, I know it's not the case.. The return is listed at over 14 hours on that sector and again the meal says "none". Actually it says "none" on all my MH listed flights. ;)

On the outbound I believe it's actually 2 meals and a snack on that sector alone. It seems not all of the data, such as meal info, is being passed on to NW's system.

However, I'm quite happy it provides a full breakdown of flight time, stopovers, and other schedule information. Prior to this it just had the MH flight # and said EWR-KUL with no other info. Big improvement!

Same with CO and other partner flights; very limited information and now it provides full details on everything. On my MH reservation, I have NW, CO, and MH flights with all details listed (other than perhaps accurate meal information, lol), which is a nice touch!

Working for me, too

I purchased a joint CO/NW itinerary (CO fare/codeshares) itinerary on Expedia last night and it's showing up on nwa.com. All the pertinent details are included. Nicely done, NWA.

What "new" reservation screen?

I am sitting in the NRT Worldclub, and the reservation screen does not show anything beyond June 2004! In fact, it does not even show the itinerary I am flying now (outbound was in May) unless I go through the old "month' + info routine!

I checked through the thread but see no updates on this. Is it just my timing (1 am CST)?
