Tundra Jets to Gainesville: MEM-GNV SEP20-on
Well, looks like we now have one more choice to fly out of GNV, in addition to DL and US.
This should make it possibly easier to get awards on NW... and those PD certs might come in handy (the fares will likely be outrageously high). I hope NW keeps putting the Tundra Jets on such routes rather than MEM-CLE or PIT ;) http://www.nwa.com/corpinfo/newsc/20...020041310.html New Memphis-Gainesville service Flight number: Departs: Arrives: Aircraft: NW 5922* 1:45 p.m. 4:25 p.m. CRJ NW 5920* 7:00 p.m. 9:45 p.m. CRJ News Gainesville-Memphis service Flight Number: Departs: Arrives: Aircraft: NW 5921** 7:05 a.m. 7:57 a.m. CRJ NW 5923* 4:55 p.m. 5:48 p.m. CRJ *Service begins Sept. 20, 2004 **Service begins Sept. 21, 2004 |

Too bad they didn't have this last summer when I was traveling to Ocala on a regular basis. I always flew into TPA (and occassionally MCO) instead because of the limited carrier choice at GNV. I found TPA the best to get up to Ocala, plus I didn't have to deal with the "Disney Effect" at MCO.
