Does EUA work with 2 Elites on 1 reservation?
My son (NW Silver) and I (CO Gold) just bought tickets from NW on a single reservation for flgiths on NW. Our recent experience with CO is that this messes up EUA such that neither one of us gets upgraded even though plenty of seats in first were available. A CO gate agent had to divide the record so that EUA would work. Should I divide the record to avoid this kind of a problem, or is NW programmed differently so that it won't be necessary? Can anyone address this from personal experience in the same situation?

Hypothetical question
If you take advantage of a companion fare, and then decide to split the records, does that result in a recomputation of the fare and additional payment? Or can the split be done for EUA purposes while still flying the same itinerary at the same rate?
Enquiring minds and all that stuff.... :) |

For recognition, split the PNR and you most always will both get seats. -milerunner |
