Have you considered using the Flygbussarna company’s airport buses to get to and from GOT? Their buses have booster seats available for children aged 3 years and older. They don’t have infant/toddler car seats, but if having your own, they can be installed on the Flygbussarna buses. [U2s are legally allowed as unfastened lap children on the buses in Sweden.]
If you’re looking at Swedish taxis with their own child car seats, they can be ordered via dispatcher or online from some of the major Swedish taxi companies. Some usually have at least one booster as a permissible CRS. But as not all of the taxis have them or have enough of them — and they are less likely to have infant/toddler car seats for typical U2 children than booster seats for say kids c. aged 4+ years old — it could mean longer wait times for getting a taxi dispatched and arriving with the legally required CR seats for young kids than if having your own brought along on the trip.

Which companies are you considering? How many children and what are the approximate ages for the children to be transported?

On google I don't seem to find an actual operator of a transfer service - they all seem to be Uber type operations for Europe so its seems difficult to determine the quality or whether they turn up!
We won't be lugging our child seats over from Australia to Europe given we are not hiring a car.
Is it legal to travel in a taxi without any car seat in Sweden?
