Hotel for CPH Layover?

Hello everyone

We have a flight next month from ARN to the USA with a 15-hour overnight layover at CPH. I’d like to get a hotel room for the night instead of sleeping on an airport bench. With the current COVID-19 restrictions, is this possible for Swedish residents to do at CPH?

It should be possible given Danish border control has been allowing Swedish residents: to go from Malmo to CPH to fly out of CPH; and also to reclaim checked-in bags at CPH and proceed unescorted to the Malmo-bound train tracks under the terminal building or check-in for other flights on separate tickets departing CPH.

Comfortably loose, given Sweden is not part of the EU+14 countries and it's just one hotel night rather than the otherwise required six.

I'm a bit envious. Looking at SFO-CPH 7/3 (today) CPH-SFO 7/9 nonstop, the $ price was ~$3500, but just 2x36K in SAS or United points. And yesterday I noticed the amusing SFO-CPH-GOT-ARN-MMX for the same 36K. Your mind goes rampant cooped up at home!
