Problem with charge back with Ikano bank

Bought 2 sets of tickets via OTA, one kept lying that they haven't got the money (the airline replied that they have already paid the money back to the OTA), so Ikano bank said ok because I bought the tickets a long time ago - they will start charge back for that but it will take 3 months.

I have done that with another bank in Sweden and it wasn't like that.

Which OTA? Not that it matters as 90% of them are dreadful. 99% of the posts at TripAdvisor's Air Travel forum are complaining about the OTAs, most of whom were terrible under normal conditions.

If the OTA isn't at all communicative then you might win a chargeback if you have well documented your efforts to contact them. Good luck!

Supersavertravel - lied to me that they haven't got money from the airline, and the money is in their pockets for more than a month ago.

Ticket.se - didn't disclose a 595 SEK "cancellation" fee per ticket even for cancellations done by airlines. I found out when I was talking to them over the phone.

Ikano Bank refuses to help - that's just ridiculous.
