Airbnb referral amount credited less than referral email
Hi all,
I received the following referral email
On Airbnb you can book rooms, homes, and even private islands in over 190 countries. Just sign up by July 27, 2018 to get $40 off your next vacation of $75 or more.
I clicked and signed up and only receiving 34 USD. Airbnb reps are trying to make some type of argument that 45 CAD becomes 34 USD. None of that is mentioned in the email.
I am surprised that Airbnb would send out an email that states an amount higher than the amount that is credited.
How best to escalate (it is only $6 and dont want to spend too much time)
