JFK Luggage Storage status

JFK Luggage Storage status
I know there used to be a few luggage storage options at JFK for a long layover. I am having trouble however finding out if they ever reopened and are currently open. Preferable T5, or if I have to T4. I have a 4 hour layover and want to go off-airport for a while.
