Using T2 - T4 Jitney @ JFK
My wife and I will be flying Emirates from JFK - MXP in a few weeks. Both of us have CLEAR and have heard horror stories about the security checkpoint in T4. We are thinking of taking advantage of the CLEAR lines at T2 and riding the Jitney to T4.
Has anyone ever taking the Jitney from T2 —> T4 to catch a flight, even though they aren’t flying Delta (or arrived on Delta)? I hear they check boarding passes getting on the bus.

This question has been asked and answered in several threads in the DL Forum and the basic answer is "yes." I went from T2 to T4 on a VS boarding pass last month. The DL agents at T2 are going to ask you for your T4 gate number and/or your boarding pass mainly to make sure you get on the right bus (one goes to the end of T4 and the other to the gate closest to security). I assume you won't have any checked luggage, as you'd have to go to T4 for drop them off. Personally, with CLEAR, I would just stick to T4 over T2+Jitney.

Sorry; I thought they had finally installed CLEAR at T4. Since it’s not available yet, your T2 strategy seems valid, especially without checked luggage.

I always do Clear at T2 and then the Jitney to T4. Depends on your time of departure, but T4 pre-check and skypriority lines can be really really long. And you have Clear. AND... you get a free bus ride across the tarmac. So it's kind of a no-brainer IMO.

Leaving JFK for the first time on a Sunday morning (tomorrow) with PreCheck. With checked bags, is T4 the only option as opposed to T2+Jitney and is 2 hours ample time to get through security and to B28?
