Incorrect, Q70 has been made SBS or Select Bus Service which is a Proof of Payment operation, you must get a ticket by using your metrocard from the machine at the bus stop before boarding the bus thru any door. There are two types of machines, standard layout for SBS is two are metrocard only that will give a ticket and one that you can put COINS in or coins and metrocard. In each case you have to have a metrocard, these machines do not sell metrocards.
It's also got its own name "LaGuardia Link" Link is to list of all MTA SBS services including Q70SBS and M60SBS

Which I acknowledged directly above; not sure why you needed to post further.

Even on business and reimbursable, I would still use public transportation at LGA. Between all kinds of buses connecting to subway lines, even at odd hours of the day or middle of the night, you won't be waiting long.

I
Because I did not see your post. I thought the correction of erroneous information outweighs checking for further posts when reading in email.
I am sorry you are so offended and won't take this short cut again. I forgot this is FT.

I might suggest correcting your post using the strikethrough function to avoid anyone getting incorrect information.

No, I’m pretty certain you can’t.

SBS machines to get proof of payment ticket there will be one that takes coins only no paper or Credit Card.

Yes, but that’s not “on the bus”, and as you said, coins only.

Now that I'm back from my trip, I can update for anyone who might be wondering, there are three Metrocard vending machines at the exit for MAT that sell and reload Metrocards.
