As of this past weekend both the upper and lower levels at Terminal B were open to private cars. But the lower level gets completely jammed at peak times I think because they've closed off the roadway closest to the parking garage, so all the vehicles are jamming into 2/3 of the lanes they used to.

LGA to JFK
I have a proposed flight with a domestic arrival to LGA at 830 PM on a December weekday with an international flight at 1245 AM in JFK. Do you think there will be an issue with a connection? Is four hours sufficient time?
I am planning on taking one of the shuttles from LGA to JFK.

My parents are arriving LGA this Saturday around midday and departing LGA on Monday in the early afternoon. They normally take the NY Airporter bus or the Q70/M60. Is either one still a realistic option these days, or will they spend 2 hours on the airport roadways alone?

For my two upcoming flights, I had the choice of flying out of LGA or JFK. LGA is a little closer to me and there's usually less traffic getting out of LGA than that nightmare of a parking lot, the Van Wyck, getting out of JFK. But for the time being, I am avoiding LGA, unless I'm flying out of the Marine Air Terminal, and sticking to JFK until further notice. But I've got a feeling that DL is aware that a lot of flyers are doing this, as evidenced by the higher domestic fares I've seen out of JFK.

I mostly take flights departing from LGA before 8am and I've never had an issue with traffic taking the Q70.
This time in a few weeks, I've got a ticket on a Wednesday 11am Delta shuttle to Boston as I cannot leave earlier. How concerned should I be about traffic? How would any of you plan when to board the Q70 at Roosevelt Ave/74th St?

My experience on 8/30 and 9/7 (both late afternoons) on M60 Select bus was slow but not nightmarish. The place was gridlock but moving slowly. And seems like the buses have their own lanes weaving between and exiting terminals. It took about an hour to go from LGA Central Terminal to Lexington stop where the 4/5/6 subway is.

Took the M60 from 125th St. to 87th St. by LGA this (Saturday) morning and it looked decent. I'm still avoiding flying in and out of LGA for now.

First time flying into LGA since construction began, 9/13 at 4PM. Empty M60 bus came by after a brief wait on upper departures level. Went from terminal B to D to C and over 102nd Street bridge and west along 23rd Ave. Only took 25 minutes before my stop in Queens. Not bad at all.

Flying in on a Sunday at 3pm on DL. Will take Uber or taxi. I am going to assume that it shouldn't be too bad. Is that a safe assumption?
Also, on the way out, will depart at 7pm. How soon should I plan on departing midtown Manhattan. Normally, I would leave at 4pm. Will this still give me enough time?

I have an upcoming LGA arrival on a Friday, circa 6pm at the former USAir terminal C. Will Uber/ Carmel/ NYC taxi do a pickup on the upper departures level? Any tricks to making that happen?
My departure will be on a Sunday out of the central terminal B (AA), so I know that will be a mess.

I'm in the same boat (Sunday 3 pm arrival), except it's AA rather than DL. Curious on what's the fastest way into town, whether it's taxi, Uber/Lyft, or bus.
