October 25, 2004: Whiskey fans should consider whisking away to Rouge for this four-course Jack Daniels–themed dinner, which begins with a Lynchburg Lemonade and appetizer reception, followed by a sit-down meal that will include smoked lamb with “hard cola” barbecue sauce and roasted salmon with Jack-and-ginger sauce (6 PM; $35, post-reception drinks not included; 617-867-0600).
