Terminal A to B Airside connector

I noticed that the proposed five-year capital plan for Massport (FY25-29) includes some significant amounts for a Terminal A to B airside connector: FY25 $6.4mm, FY26 $20.0mm, FY27 $55,0mm, FY28 $70.0mm, FY29 $43.0mm, FY30+ $30.0mm.

Does anyone have any more specifics on this? The amounts are big enough and near enough in time that it seems like some planning work should already be in process.
