Strange Experience in BOS Terminal E Today
Got off the CX flight from HKG, which was about an hour early. Go through the Global Entry channel, and immigration officer keeps the white form that the GE system spits out. Picked up baggage, and walked right out, no customs inspection.
Is that a new mode for CBP (similar to the UK or Hong Kong), or they're short-staffed and are temporarily dispensing with the customs check?
