BOS departure 7am. When to arrive?

I have a flight departing Boston Logan at 7 AM on a Saturday morning. How early must I get to the airport? If it matters, I am playing JetBlue, mint, and I have TSA pre-check. And I should be able to check in with the app the day before. I assume this is not a busy time? But I'm not sure if precheck would be open?

When would you plan to arrive at airport?

Any idea when to plan to depart Cambridge by taxi?

Thanks in advance!

Where in Cambridge will you be? Even without knowing your answer, though, it's hard to imagine that you won't be perfectly fine if you leave at 5:30. You will be at the airport, through security, and at your gate by 6:15, perhaps even a bit earlier. If you're the type who likes to cut it close, you can sleep for an additional 15-20 minutes, but then you're obviously losing that much margin of error.

I agree with Blumie. Maybe 10 minutes earlier if you're checking a bag

I'm at the Sheraton commander by Harvard. But it sounds like this helps regardless. Thanks!

Not checking a bag but like to be safe. So maybe 5:20.

5:30 is safe, but obviously so is 5:20. The drive at that hour is 20 minutes, and although you might find the terminal surprisingly crowded, with precheck you should get through relatively quickly.

Precheck in C can be longer than normal....lots of leisure travelers on JetBlue, but I would think a Saturday morning in the fall should be pretty painless. I would bank on 20 minutes to get thru Precheck (if you are conservative). Good news is that there is Starbucks airside
