Hi Peter,

My name is Samantha Smink. I am a reporter in Boston.

I am working on a story about mice in the Boston Logan airport, and how it's been going on for years.

I was wondering if we could talk? My email is [email protected].

Thank you so much for your time.

I really appreciate it.

Best,

Sam

I don’t know who Peter is, but you are really writing a story about rodents in large commercial buildings? Is there a follow-up about bears in the woods, or cows in fields? Incidentally, this thread is over two years old.

Hi London Elite,

I saw that this post is two years old, there is a reason I reached out. I apologize if I offended you with my request.

You didn’t offend me, I’m just wondering what there is to write about mice in a huge commercial building. Mice are in every single large commercial building in Boston/US/world. What’s the angle?

Mice can be a problem in any commercial building but if a building has a long history of infestation without proper mediation in public areas it can be worthy of investigating. Public shaming can push such a management team to address the problem appropriately.

I flew into Boston twice this summer, once in July and once in August. I didn't see mice either time.

BOS is my home airport. I've flown in and out a bazillion times. Never saw any mice. Doesn't mean they're not there.

I walked on the street three times last week and saw no mice. I conclude therefore that there are no mice living on the streets.
