Welcome to FT, hlwoodcock. No, there is no way to pass airside between any terminals at BOS, even ones that are right next to each other.

Edit to add: My information was outdated, see responses after mine.

Is there a way to connect to/from Terminal E and Terminal B without going through security (i.e., only airside)?

Thanks in advance!
Nope. Only E and C, I believe.

Thanks Io2e and PWMTrav! This the conclusion that I came to, but I was holding out hope that some new construction had been completed that I was unaware of.

Correct - E and (most of) C are now connected (only C40-42 are behind separate security).

To the OP on this last question, you can walk airside from E all the way to just short of getting to B. You will have to reclear security at B, but it's only a short hop outside and back in between C and B, and it's signed.
