What was a US Air Force C-32 (757) doing in BOS today (4-1-16)

This morning I saw an Air Force C-32 (modified 757) at Logan, near the general aviation private jets. As I understand, these jets are often used for the Vice President and Secretary of State, among other missions.

Anyone know why it was there? I have seen smaller Gulfstream jets there before, when the First Lady was in Boston.

The Secretary of State lives in Boston so it may have been dropping him off from a trip or collecting him at the start of one.
