Power at BOS terminal B

Massport web site says "Boston Logan is a wired airport. We have charging stations built into many of our seating areas." Where are these seating areas in Terminal B? Where is the best place to find power in terminal B public areas? I saw a few carrels around B16, but they were all occupied or broken.

They are in the United section of the terminal.
