dl sky club BOS access question

if i am arriving in boston on a united flight, and want to go the delta sky club in boston airport before leaving the airport, can i access this club without having to go thru security or take a concourse to concourse shuttle? i seem to remember some complications with this last time i was in boston...

thx!

UA uses Terminal B. DL uses Terminal A. You can walk from B to A, no need for a shuttle, but you'll have to exit security and transfer landside. The SkyClub is past security, in the satellite terminal reached via an underground walkway from the main terminal building. Passengers can't get there without a DL (or Alaska, or Sun Country) boarding pass or some other authorization.

so if I fly into Boston on ual with no outbound ticket, I will NOT be able to go to DL sky club....or...with united ticket and skyclub advanced purchased day passes, I will be able to?
Thx,
cb

You would have to check with Delta to see if a day pass constitutes authorization to get past security. Or you could buy a refundable ticket on DL, but don't tell anyone I said that ...

You would need a way to get past A security, something more than an advanced purchase day pass.

You could buy a day pass to the US club. The US and AA club might sell passes to those not flying them.

Even with a DL SC day pass (technically even with a membership), you need a same day DL ticket. Double whammy.

You will be airside in Terminal B. You can reach one United Club and two AA Admirals Clubs. Whether or not you can access them is a separate topic.

Your question about DL SkyClub was already answered in detail in this earlier thread of yours. The short answer is "no."

Added in edit: When this was originally posted, the DL question was in a separate thread, and the combined AA/UA/DL question (which has been deleted from this merged thread) began a new thread. This reply was originally posted in the new thread, replying to the AA/UA part and pointing at this existing thread to answer the DL part.

As this question has been answered here, I've merged your threads and deleted what was essentially a cross-post; there is no need to have two threads on one topic.
