Luggage storage between flights

It looks like we'll be flying to AMS via BOS. We're thinking of taking a morning shuttle from LGA so we can have lunch in Boston. I know we can't store luggage at BOS. But we can we store it at South Station or at the Airport T station?

I don't believe South Station's train station is an option unless you're using Amtrak (but someone correct me if I'm wrong), but maybe the bus station could be? It says on South Station's website:
Greyhound / PeterPan (617 526 1842) offers a service called Package Express that operates out of the Bus Terminal (adjacent to train terminal, 700 Atlantic Ave, 5th floor). They will hold bags for a small fee.

Reviving this thread to see if anyone has used the Package Express at South Street Station? I found 2 phone numbers, one does not work, and the other does not answer. I'll be in Boston on Easter Sunday is why I'm asking. Or should I leave my 1 bag with the bell hop at the airport Hilton ?
