Japan Airlines: Tokyo (NRT) starting April 2012
JetBlue: Dallas Ft. Worth (DFW) starting May 2012

New/terminated destinations out of Logan
Delta announced new service to three cities today, so I thought I would start a thread to track any new destinations or service terminations from Logan.

Delta's new destinations are Jacksonville, FL, Richmond, VA, and Las Vegas, NV.

They also added more flights to LAX.

Terminated Destinations:
-Air Canada formerly operated BOS-YVR until the early 2000s on A319
-AeroMexico to MEX on 73G
-(Former) Sabena to BRU on 310 and later 333 until late 2001

Probably more but these come to mind.

I was actually intending the thread for services terminated after the initial post, not the past.

I agree with the above sentiments. As a suggestion - perhaps we could maintain a wiki for this thread? We could have a section for "new route announcements" and "new route terminations"...and perhaps a section at the bottom for "archived" announcements/terminations. I'll take a stab at it, but I'll leave it to the content experts to actually provide the usual information.

(Remember - any member who is logged in can create/edit thread wikis! ^)

Turkish to IST on May 12, 2014.

Emirates to DXB on March 10, 2014.

I wonder if DL will start service BOS-SEA/PDX/SAN to try and move AS out of the BOS market. AS seems to have weathered the UA/DL fare dumping to SAN already, but those competing routes weren't non-stop.

People Express just announced BOS service from Newport News (PHF) starting on 6/30.

Service once daily on 737-400...tickets on sale June 4. I have to assume they'd operate out of E? Only common gates right?

Interesting addition, thanks for posting. Terminal A does have some extra capacity since United left. Sun Country moved to A, but they don't have many flights.
