Consecutive Rentals?
 

IIRC we don't get credits for consecutive rentals.

So, my question is, what's considered a consecutive rental?

Example:

Rent from BWI on 6/20 at 3pm
Return to DCA on 6/20 at 11pm

Rent from DCA on 6/21 at 9am
Return MHT on 6/21 at 9pm

Does the above scenario count as a consecutive rental (ie will it earn two credits towards a free day)?

Yes you will
 

You'll get two credits for two reasons. First, one rental is being picked up at BWI and one at DCA and that's what determines consecutive rentals- same pickup location. Second, your rentals don't overlap and don't end and begin on the same calendar day- one rental ends June 20th and one begins on the 21rst.

So are you saying that

a) a consecutive rental from the same location, but separated by a day, does not earn 2 credits?

or

b) a consecutive rental from same location with second rental following immediately afterwards does not earn 2 credits?

Option B. I was saying for either reason he'll earn two credits- not being the same location and being separated (the dropoff till the next pickup) by a calendar day (as I've mentioned b/f that could be one minute- dropoff at 11:59 p.m. and pickup is at 12 a.m.).
