Likely the only way to see what is available is go there unless you can find a number for the location. (Not likely)

If you return it you will have to pay for a day.

Did you have a 4x4 reserved or just Aisle access?
I just had executive aisle access, if I return it ill just pay for one day. Then I can go to avis or hertz right?

Sure, But before you process the return I would ask for the station manager though and see what they can do to keep your business.
Also don't forget to fill it up with fuel first

You can do an exchange at LAX, but if you return it there and you booked returning to BUR they'll re-price it as a one way rental which could be substantially more expensive.

so I went back last night, told them I wasn't happy with the rental considering the Wrangler I got from BOS was fully loaded. We walked the lot and found a fully loaded Cherokee Trailhawk and they processed my exchange.

Quick question, I have a full size reservation for MIA and we are flying into the airport in the evening.
Is there an aisle with available full size cars, or do I end up choosing from Emerald aisle, which includes smaller cars.
I am concerned that selection will be thin towards the end of the day....

There should be fullsize equivalent cars in the aisle, but if not, they'll always assign you one or do a comp upgrade unless the lot is literally empty. That happens, but it's no common and you'd be eligible for some sort of customer service gesture/compensation if that were the case.

I was status matched to Executive Elite and I already had 5 rental credits. The website says "0 Rental credits until NEXT FREE DAY", but I don't see any free days earned. Do I need to get a sixth rental credit to trigger the free day?

To confirm, his Emerald Club member number was not associated with his reservation ahead of time.
So just to make sure. I have a reservation for a midsize suv booked through a third party. I have a confirmation # and with this # i can login at National.com and see my reservation but it tells me to go to the counter but according to this information above i can just go to the garage, pick up a car, drive to the exit booth, give my license, reservation and emeraldcard and i'm free to go?

Yes, that is correct. Just be sure to pick from the right SUV section because this is technically Emerald Reserve service and not standard Emerald Aisle service.

It's not technically supposed to be done, but there's little chance the exit agent would even say anything.
