Anyone else get this error when trying to make a reservation?
"No vehicle available for this station. Please try another location."
I know it's impossible, and that there ARE vehicles available, because even when I try random dates a year from now, it still gives that error. It's rather frustrating. Any suggestions? |
I have gotten that erorr
Sometimes changing the date or rental period fixes that. Let us know which location, and I'll check. Could be the location is closing or that the contract id is no longer valid.

It was for (cherry hill, NJ [PHLE06]), Oct. 30-Nov.3. Pickup and dropoff at noon.
I called customer service, and they confirmed that indeed all cars of all classes were sold out for those dates, however, that doesn't explain why trying random dates 6-12 months from now also resulted in 'no cars' at that site. However, you bring up a good point travelismylife, I think they may be merging with Alamo at that rental location, not sure if it's going to be purely Alamo or purely National. I'm going to try on a different computer. |

that is a small location..only have compact/economy/midsize available fullsize is sold out... total $176 including taxes for the dates specified. Elite is nicceee:) Too bad I would probably rarely use the elite status because cars are rarely sold out where I usually rent:) |

I want to know because I heard hertz gold members had a reservation and no cars available at a small hle location when they showed up. |
Something strange
If not signed into National Car you receive the following message (for even dates 10 months away):
National is currently sold out at the location you requested, click below to check availability at our related websites. Enterprise Logo >>Click here to check with enterprise.com My guess is that they're changing this location (either closing, changing to an Enterprise, or merging...) and that either there won't e any availabilty with National or they haven't loaded the availability for the new company- National Alamo. Or everything is gonna stay the same and the only error is the the fact that they haven't loaded their rates/availability at all- pretty unlikely this close to the dates I am checking too. Best answer- call the location and see what's up- (856)795-5544 |
