Cancelation deadline?
 

I have an upcoming rental at MCO this Saturday at 9 PM. I can’t find any where in my rental agreement about cancellation deadline. The rental is booked through the National app and it’s not a prepaid rate.

Yes, one of the biggest gripes with National/Enterprise since their cancellation policy is exceptionally hard to find and not really publicly made available.

If I recall correctly, since it's not a prepaid raid, should be no fee. You can verify by going to National website or app, and View/Modify reservation. Before you confirm cancellation, see if there's a cancellation fee tacked on.

For prepaid it's $100 within 24 hours time period, and $50 if more than 24 hours out.
