Enterprise Pickups at Airports for National EE Members
 

I've never rented from Enterprise at an airport location, and for some reason we don't have an Enterprise specific forum on FT - when you're a National EE member, how do you pick an Enterprise rental? I am flying into SEA and I am not sure if I need to wait in line at the counter upstairs, or do I go downstairs and find an Enterprise employee at the lot to assign my car? Do I have any priority handling at all?

When you're a National EE, the good news is that you get Emerald Club points for your Enterprise rentals. The bad news is that you have to stop at the counter like every other Enterprise customer and talk to an actual human being in order for them to assign you a vehicle and get you on your way. I don't believe you can go straight to the lot, but will withhold judgment on that pending someone saying that they've successfully bypassed the counter at an airport.
