Not gonna lie, I haven't gotten a reply since Covid. Have they fixed problems? Yes. Have they responded to me? Not at all. I used to get a reply within 24 hours, if not same day. But I've always contacted National via the website. Guess I need to post to an external site like Yelp if I want a reply.

Has anyone seen NationalCares on here lately? That says a lot.

Swapping a car for a better one

Hi all, I am an executive elite member. Made a long term reservation for full size & I wanna upgrade without paying additional costs. I took out the car in Michigan and I live in NJ. Any idea how and where I can swap it out to get a better car. Any leads are appreciated.
Thanks
