1000 Bonus Miles for 4X by 5/31/00
I'm not sure whether this is targeted promotion or not but here's the info I received recently.

From 3/1/00 to 5/31/00, earn 1000 bonus miles when you rent with Nat'l in US and Canada for two or more consecutive days, at least 4 times.

I couldn't find any offer code on the postcard.

There was another offfer from USAir
for 2000 bonum miles for 5 renatals
each 2 days or more from 02/15 to 05/31.
No Promo codes, I think it is system wide.
