I used to have great luck at DCA on Saturdays. Recently, the lot has been fairly well filled, but with meh- boring stuff. Recently ended up swapping a minivan I picked up on a Saturday for a Suburban from ES on a Sunday evening.

There's something strange going on at DCA. Regular Emerald Aisle signs now cover just 6 spaces. Everything else is marked Executive. They also seem to have shrunken the National section and expanded Alamo.
Selection yesterday was mediocre. Lots of Dodge Grand Caravans, a couple base trim pickup trucks. Nicest things on the lot were a couple Nissan Altima SVs, that's not saying much for National.

Saw a couple interesting cars.
- 2018 Audi A6
- 2018 Ford EcoSport Titaniums (they're pretty loaded; nav, leather, sunroof, b&o audio)
- 2018 Mazda MX-5 Miata RF (this was a surprising find; didn't realize it had a power folding hardtop, thought it had removable roof panels like the Corvette)

Quite busy, although they were restocking quite quickly.
Premium:
1X XC90
1X Q5
1X XTS
Exec:
3-4x Tucson's
3-4x Santa Fe Sport's
1x Atlas
1x Escape
1x '19 Cherokee
2x Rogue's
1x Maxima
1x Wrangler Unlimited
1x CX-5 (CA plates)
EA:
1x Challenger
1x Outlander
Waited for ~10 minutes or so and mainly Tucson's and 1 Pathfinder were getting restocked in the aisle. Ended up grabbing an Edge Titanium with NY tags and 5000 miles. God what a boat.

DCA was unsurprisingly pretty sparse Saturday night. They didn't even have their usual assortment of Grand Caravans. There were a couple Maximas, Impalas, Rogues, and Tucsons. Only uncommon/unusual car was a Volkswagen Atlas which seems to be new to the fleet.

Pretty uninspiring selection earlier this week around 10 am. Executive had the usual Altima and Rogue assortment with a random Mitsubishi Outlander. Nicest car in there was a Ford Edge Titanium which isn't saying much. EA had only 3 Dodge Grand Caravans and 3 base model Ford F-150s.

That's rare because Honda doesn't sell to rental companies.
I've seen a few at corporate stores that buy them piecemeal, and hence mark a fullsize or midsize as Premium.
And that's with all rental companies. My brother once had a Civic with Hertz at Union Station, PA plates.
Also remember that Zipcar is under the Avis/Budget brand, but they have a partnership with Honda. I've even seen a few Zipcar-type of cars (ex Fit) that were regular Budget cars in their LGA return lane.
