YVR South Terminal - Late Arrival?

YVR South Terminal - Late Arrival?
Need help from some YVR familar folk...
I'm on the verge of booking a one-way free day from YVR to Victoria. If I book from main terminal, I can only choose Economy thru Fullsize, however if I book from South Terminal I can choose either a Standard SUV or Fullsize SUV and nothing else. I'll be coming up from Seattle having taken the Amtrak and will have a lot of bags, so an SUV is a much better option.
The only hitch is that South Terminal closes at 4 PM. My Amtrak arrives at 10:30 AM, and it'll probably take me an hour at least to get my Seattle-YVR car and fetch all my luggage. Given that I'll be doing a bit of cross-border shopping too, it'll be dicey to make it to YVR for 4 PM. If I am late, will they process my reservation at the Main Terminal instead? Or am I SOL?
Oh, and for those wondering rentals from either Seattle Downtown or SEA to Victoria are not possible.
