Great Customer Service at BOS
 
Bad accident on the Mass pike yesterday left me dropping off my rental 30 mins prior to departure - last flight of the night. Very attentive return agent named Mario (without hesitation) volunteered to drive me to the terminal when he learned of my time crunch.
