I think that 20K/30K for Y/C from DOH-MLE on Qatar Airways is a pretty good deal. It's less than five hours' flight time, but, especially given the fares on this route, it's a good use of miles.
In the past they have run a widebody on the route, although now I only see A321, whose business class is not as good. This detracts from the value a bit.

If you consider this a good deal, how about this:
40K AA miles return (100K in business) for Europe-Hawaii during off-peak season (until May 15th)
For example, DME-LHR-LAX-LIH and back, which is 19000 flown miles for 40K AA miles+$50 in fees is a real bargain , where else can you get 1 flown mile per 2 award miles?

EK serves MLE, but I am not sure about redemption levels on their own program. Like QR, redeeming UA miles on EK is a terrible deal -- e.g., 50K/100K/135K for Y/C/F on DXB-MLE.

You can use EK miles for DXB-Mauritius in C for 80k which is a nonstop and great value for UA miles. ALthough availability is very tight.
Ha for sure it wasn't a Saudi women and definitely not SV.
