Lowest Published Fares Website

I'm new to the mileage run family. Always traveled plenty to be platinum but economy and situation have changed. Looking for HKG or NRT from Houston on CO for vacation. Dates flexible so looking to scope out best published fare without trying endless combinations of dates on CO website. Can someone help out a newbie with a website that can just show me the lowest fares for CO to help me know what to shoot for and when? Thanks so much!

wrong forum but use the ita tool

+1 ITA's a fine tool. Maybe this forum should be entitled "Mileage Run Deals Only" - yeah, I know, just read the sticky, but it's an easy mistake for newB's

Thanks and sorry for the mixup. A rookie mistake! I'll give the ITA site a shot. Looks good, I was just hoping for one where I didn't have to specify outbound and inbound dates specifically but perhaps look at a month glance. Even better if it gave flexibility on duration of stay. I'll keep digging through the posts to see if I find something. Meanwhile, I'll use ITA. Thanks again!

ITA does exactly that... check out the option in the upper right corner.

ITA will deliver all that you seek and then some. Really fun to play around with.

Hi travlguy,
I have moved you request to MilesBuzz for the moment.

Fare requests aren't really done on FlyerTalk; you can get advice on good info sources for fares (including ITA mentioned above) and then search yourself.

Before you post anything in Mileage Run Deals, please acquaint yourself with this useful information on the structure of the Mileage Run forums:
Sticky: Welcome to the Mileage Run Forum - Important information how the MR forums work

Mileage Run Deals is only for sharing fares/deals which accrue status miles (or a massive number of miles) for a few cents per EQM. Mileage Run Discussion is for discussing those fares.
You might find some useful tools and discussion here in MilesBuzz - but also check the expired deals threads in Mileage Run Discussion, to learn the tricks and tools. :)

Welcome and good luck with your search.

I went to ITA, but it seems their software is only available for Windows. What's the best option for Mac that doesn't require using Windows? Thanks.

Huh? It's a web application; it'll work on any platform. Heck, I've even used it from my iPhone. Are you looking at the right site? matrix.itasoftware.com

As this question has been addressed, and BiziBB offered some forum background info, I'll retire it.
