United Airlines 1K reward miles
 

Hello -I received an email from United in December stating that as a "thank-you" for flying 100,000 miles in 2003 I'd receive 12,500 miles to be deposited into my account in February 2004. These were never deposited, and now United says they don't know anything about it. Does anyone know anything about this. I'd appreciate any info. anyone can pass along. Thanks!
