Linking NWA and Delta
 

Due to name change (after marriage), i can not link delta and nwa accounts. The web site asks me to mail marriage license as a proof, but it does not give an address. Where and to whom do I send the marriage license?

I had the same issue and when I called Worldperks (maiden name account), they were very helpful and gave me a number to fax my request to. You have to include your account numbers and other details. I also included my email and contact information and I received a confirmation when the name change was completed. I would call the frequent flyer customer service for the account you need the name change on and ask for the fax number to fax your info to. Good Luck.
