Awards for Real Estate (miles) not posting
 

I signed up with Awards for Mortgage and Real Estate last year to receive UA miles for the purchase and financing of a home. I closed in December, and the miles for the mortgage posted very quickly. Miles for the realtor referral have not posted yet. After several calls over the last month or so, I was told today by an Awards for Mortgage customer service rep that they were not currently posting miles and she did not know when they would resume. I do not know if this applies only to the UA portion of this program or if other FF programs are also impacted.

If others are having a similar experience, please add your comments.

(I searched both the UA forum and Milesbuzz and found no other threads on this situation. If there is another, mods please feel free merge this in.)

Update: Still no miles posted and difficult to reach a live person.

Had the same problem. I ended up locating an email address of someone there and just stayed on them. All my miles were eventually credited.

Can one of you provide some information on this?

I am in the process of purchasing a home right now.

I've had success filing a BBB complaint. It took continuous followup with the airline in question, but BBB got the ball rolling.
