F/J Award ticket intermediaries

Has anyone had any experience with these outfits, and are the savings worth it?

Eg

www.getjetset.net
www.discountfirstclass.com

My reading of them is that they having sellers wanting to sell their miles, and buyers who want to pay for the award tickets which can be bought with these miles.
