please help preparing a letter to UA's top-management
 

I am preparing and will send UA's top management a list of missing- and missinformations on their US-website:

date / website-location / wrong or missing / correct info:

examples:

date: apr-9-99 / website-location: mileage-plus: partner airlines: Ansett / missing: StarAlliance status / correct info: StarAliance-partner since apr-1st-99, status-miles count since jan-1st-99.

date: apr-9-99 / website-location: mileage-plus: partner airlines: Air New Zealand / missing: StarAlliance status / correct info: StarAliance-partner since apr-1st-99, status-miles count since jan-1st-99.

I appreciate if you help me to list everything you notice here under this thread - please. I will email my letter and the list to every contributor here and if you like so, you can send the same list with a personalized letter to UA too.
