A few days ago I was able to click on a link to take me to a help area where I could then look up 3 character airport codes, the list of abbreviations used here, etc. I can't seem to find that option anymore. Is it gone or still here somewhere? Thanks.

Not the best resource (many smaller cities aren't included), but you can get them at http://www.cs.haifa.ac.il/~shuly/flight.html

But there was a link on flyertalk.com that took me to a list of links that had this info too. Do you remember or know what I'm talking about?

www.flyertalk.com has the links on the bottom rh side

I don't see them anymore in the forums themselves, I do see them (I was remembering the tabs) at the top of the flyertalk home page. I thought for some reason the tabs used to be at the top when I was reading a topic too, but I guess not.

Don't forget the power of google. Type the three letter code and airport and you will get the airport name, and any delays from the FAA air traffic control command center.

Make sure you have it in that order,

LGA airport

does not give the same results as

airport LGA

You want the first one.
