To be safe, I would delete the credit card from the airline iDine program you want to drop, before adding it to the other program. I've never tried using the same credit card for two iDine programs, as I use a different card for AA and UAL, but I would assume by doing that you would only get credit for one airline, or none at all, but certainly not both.

I'm pretty sure Idine won't let you register the same credit card with two programs. You'll get an error message if you try. I had to find a *free* card of my husband's to register with UAL for this promo. We ate out last night and had the waiter split the bill between our two cards. http://www.flyertalk.com/forum/wink.gif Today I ordered something for both of us through the Mall. Pretty easy!
